I am Chris Holmes, experienced and enthusiastic Reiki practitioner. Reiki is an ancient healing technique which was rediscovered in Japan in the 1920's. Reiki uses energy of both the healer and the client in order to remove negative energy blockages from the clients system. Reiki will promote your body's natural healing ability. It is very gentle, very relaxing and non-intrusive. I would like to offer more spiritual healing sessions to those in need.
