I used gems Associated with Archangel Raphael's energies.
The crystals involved in the essence have been cleared and cleansed to ensure their purity of energy.
I put gems in a clear glass jar and covered them with natural spring water .
Under glass I put Archangel's Raphael seal.
I prayed to him for help with anxiety .
